I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Özyeğin University, where I also serve as the director of ÖzÜ WISE (Work, Inclusion and Social Equity) research center. I am also a research affiliate at IZA, and an invited researcher at J-PAL. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute in January 2019.
My research examines gender inequality in labor markets and organizations, with a particular focus on workplace climate, female leadership, parental leave, and the mental load of unpaid work, using randomized experiments and quasi-experimental methods.
